Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using BabyZone, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use BabyZone for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
  • Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in BabyZone
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

Advertising and Affiliate Links

BabyZone includes advertisements served by Google AdMob. By using the app, you acknowledge that ad content may be personalized based on device information or your interactions, subject to Google’s policies. We do not control third-party ads and are not responsible for their content.

We also participate in the Amazon Associates Program and may include affiliate links to products sold on Amazon. As an Amazon Associate, BabyZone earns from qualifying purchases. We create our own product descriptions and metadata for these recommendations and do not display pricing information within the app. Product pricing, availability, and final details are provided on Amazon, and BabyZone does not guarantee or warrant the accuracy of any information presented once you leave our app or any transactions you complete with Amazon.

User Data

You retain ownership of all data you input into BabyZone. We provide tools to export your data at any time. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your data.

Medical Disclaimer

BabyZone is not a medical device and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with your pediatrician or healthcare provider regarding your baby’s health and development.

Limitations

In no event shall BabyZone or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use BabyZone.
